Looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Have you always wanted to work with household beer and wine brands like Asahi, Peroni, 19 Crimes and Squealing Pig If so we have the role for you working in our Category team as the Category Insights Manager - Beer & Wine.

A unique opportunity with the option for flexibility, you’ll take responsibility for delivering the strategic direction on how and where to drive growth within the category across a 3-year horizon (with a critical focus on the next 18 months).

Furthermore, you’ll draw on your Nielsen, Shopper and Planogramming expertise, gleaning key insights and understanding to ensure drivers are well supported with annual plans and levers to deliver sustainable success.

Interested? Other key responsibilities include:

- Developing category reviews and providing category insights that will deliver core business growth
- Working cross functionally with our broader marketing, sales and activations team to develop tools/levers that enable category growth
- Identifying long & short term white space opportunities for Categories utilising category and shopper trends & metrics
- Developing and delivering the 12mth Trade Category Plan for total category (Price strategy, Promo strategy, Ranging, distribution and channel thinking) and identifying big bets (NPD, Core) by channel

**About You**

We’re seeking individuals with demonstrated category/sales/brand experience and a true passion for working with data. Bringing with you prior experience with Nielsen/Aztec will set you up to succeed, as will an ability to extract insight and collaborate cross functionally to deliver successful growth plans. Additionally you have a keen interest in the beer category.

- Prior success in category, account management or brand management
- FMCG experience, ideally within alcoholic beverages and/or beverages
- An analytical mind and demonstrated ability to utilise data to leverage growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to communicate with a broad group of stakeholders
