**The opportunity**

We are on the hunt for an experienced digital marketing leader with the ability to think and stay strategically aligned while happily rolling up their sleeves to execute as we build out our digital function. Based in our Auckland HQ, this role will be instrumental to Kami’s growth and a key part of the marketing leadership, coming it at an incredibly exciting phase of expansion.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop, own, and execute Kami’s global digital strategy including paid media across all digital channels
- Lead the digital go-to-market strategy and execution for international expansion beyond the US and new product launches
- Develop, execute, and manage testing optimisation strategies and roadmaps spanning ad assets, landing pages, targeting, placements, and new media channels
- In close partnership with the Social, Brand, and Product Marketing teams, lead the development and execution of effective and integrated digital marketing activities that align with overall strategy
- Bringing a growth-hacking mindset to the team, you will seek opportunities for efficiencies, optimisation, and collaboration between teams wherever possible
- Work with internal creative talent to develop highly converting ad assets by leveraging data and platform insights
- Manage and define campaign budgets, help set benchmarks, and work cross-functionally to scale campaign and growth initiatives
- Manage Google Tag Manager and tracking for campaigns and attribution
- Create reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Sheets, etc to better track digital marketing activities and outcomes

**What you’ll bring**
- 6+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in a digitally-led role
- Confident executing paid campaigns across a wide variety of platforms
- Confident with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other key analytic platforms
- A team player. You’ll be part of an extremely collaborative and supportive team committed to your success, and we all work together
- Intellectually curious and globally minded. We work with all kinds of educators and students from all over the world
- The ability to prioritise and manage your work and effectively communicate those priorities
- Agile, flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves when required
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
