We have a great opportunity for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team. The role offers:

- **The role involves**:_
- Availability to work over the weekends and public holidays is a must.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping department liaising with Housekeeping Manager, Room Attendants, Front Desk and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure all team adhere to policies and procedures relating to cleaning standards, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Complete room audits in line with company policy and maintain records of audit scores.
- Ensure all VIP reservations and requests are dealt with professionally and to the highest standard.
- To maintain an acceptable level of stock on hand and to place orders as efficiently as possible.
- Assist with induction of new team members and training of property/organisational processes.
- Report any health and safety issues, faults, repairs, thefts, cleaning needs and accidents to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Provide effective leadership, management, training, motivation and development of all team members.
- Conduct daily housekeeping briefings with the housekeeping team in absence of Housekeeping Manager.

- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
- 2+ years hotel housekeeping experience
- Superb communication skills

Applicants must have a valid visa or be eligible to work in New Zealand.
