Our fleet of 2 ships and over 200 trucks is supported by a nationwide network of 10 depots and a 450+ strong team to deliver hundreds of thousands of tonnes of freight (and passengers) weekly.

**What you will be doing in this role**:
In compliance with company procedures you will handle the processing of reported claims for lost or damaged freight, including carrying out any necessary investigations through to the settlement of the claim. You may also be required to perform other related administrative duties from time to time.

**The person we are looking for**:

- Has experience working in a similar fast paced role
- Is a true team player and contributes with a positive can-do attitude
- Displays strong communication skills
- Possesses strong attention to detail and desire to deliver to standards of excellence
- Has the ability to build a rapport easily with people on all levels
- Displays an excellent customer focused attitude
- Experience in the freight industry would be advantageous
