**What will you be doing**:

- Supporting our Sales teams within the region NZAU to deliver their budgeted revenue by providing efficient, accurate and timely services to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments
- Providing clear concise verbal and written communication to our customers that makes them feel like it was a pleasure to contact icebreaker
- Working with your team so that when we receive returns from customers and process them in accordance to the way we do things, every time, all the time
- Help the team on how to deal with customer complaints in a way that meets customers’ needs and ensures icebreakers brand integrity and processes are followed
- Keep on top of stock - follow process for orders, returns and adjustments so we all know where all the stock is at any time

- Finding solutions to problems and sharing these with your team
- Being a product expert - you’ll love getting to know the icebreaker products and being able to explain the benefits and technical details of our great range

**Who you are**:

- A wealth of Customer service experience, in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a team with Wholesale, eCom and Retail sales channels
- Demonstrated high customer service standards - consistently achieved outstanding results by creating exceptional experiences for every customer
- A natural leader and team motivator
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), phone manner and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
- Highly effective solution-oriented problem solving skills
- Skilled in timely execution of all initiatives - outcome and process driven and strong follow-through skills
- Strong systems and Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills
