At Tenancy, we're looking for a confident, detail-focused Support Specialist who takes pride in delivering great service every time.

About the Role

As a Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing phone and email support for our digital tools and services.

You'll help users with troubleshooting, onboarding, and product guidance, ensuring every interaction is friendly, accurate, and efficient.

This role is based in our Ponsonby HQ, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

You'll:

  • Respond to client queries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot system and product issues
  • Provide onboarding and feature support
  • Process and follow up on sales and related admin tasks
  • Represent Tenancy with professionalism and care
About You

You're motivated by helping others and take satisfaction in solving problems. You're reliable, organised, and thrive in a role where attention to detail and clear communication matter.

You have:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly and work with accuracy
  • Experience in a support or help desk environment (preferred)
  • Confidence using Apple (Mac) products (a bonus)
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
