Reporting to the Team Leader Design, this role is exciting and rewarding. Whilst no two days will be the same, in this role you will:

- Contribute towards and develop creative concepts and designs that bring our marketing, communications and engagement material to life
- Use your creative design skills to ensure high quality brand representation for a wide range of Council services and activities
- Work on design projects across Council's digital and print channels
- Assist in growing and maintaining Council's image management system
- Collaborate with your immediate team, as well as the wider Council on a wide range of projects

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative talent and skill in digital and print design
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to interpret customer needs and offer creative solutions in line with brand guidelines and strategy
- Excellent people skills, and be able to build collaborative relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven experience in multi-tasking, capable of managing multiple projects at once
