Are you a creative thinker with a passion for wellness, design, and storytelling? We're looking for an Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our onsite marketing team in a full-time, permanent role.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your design expertise to a team that values creativity, collaboration, and wellbeing. Your work will help shape the visual identity of our campaigns across both digital and print platforms, connecting with a largely female audience that engages strongly with wellness, beauty, and purposeful living.

About the Role

You'll be part of a supportive and talented group of creatives, where your designs will play a key role in delivering high-impact retail campaigns. From social media to in-store experiences, your work will help create engaging and thoughtful customer experiences that reflect our brand's values and aesthetic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design engaging digital content including website banners, email assets, paid ads, and social media.
  • Create print materials such as product flyers, packaging, user guides, and in-store signage.
  • Ensure all creative assets are consistent with brand guidelines and delivered on time across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop thoughtful, high-performing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Support eCommerce initiatives by designing product imagery, icons, and graphics that enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Contribute to content creation through basic video editing, storyboarding, and visual planning for wellness-related content.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
About You

You're a creative and energetic designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You care about producing beautiful, purposeful design that reflects a wellness-focused brand and connects with people.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience as an intermediate designer in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Photoshop), Shopify, and basic filming/editing skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease.
