Our client provides a customised Warehousing Management Software (WMS) based on clients’ operational needs which streamlines each process within their warehouse.

Their customers become more competitive and improve return to shareholders through greater efficiency and increased utilisation. They by association need less equipment, less admin, less staff, and have fewer inventory losses.

This is then matched with state-of-the-art warehouse management software and advanced materials handling technology to deliver the most efficient possible way of performing each task. Each process is scrutinised independently to remove any unnecessary steps and make it as simple as possible for operators and managers alike, while still providing a cohesive end result.

**Job Overview**
They are a leading provider of innovative WMS solutions which is tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses in the Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, and Distribution sectors. With a commitment to excellence, they empower clients to optimize their warehouse operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

Due to growth, they are seeking a highly skilled and capable Application Support Consultant to assist with testing and supporting their WMS.

The Application Support Consultant will be responsible for:

- First and Second line customer support.
- Assisting the Implementation team and developers as required.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
We need a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in an Application Support Consulting role with MultiPick being the preferred platform.

Required:

- MultiPick WMS Application knowledge.
- MultiPick WMS Database structure knowledge.
- MultiPick WMS Interface knowledge.
- Advanced Microsoft SQL skills.
- Red-Gate SQL Compare and Prompt tools familiarity.
- Familiarity with DevExpress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A degree or relevant qualification Logistics or Supply Chain is highly desirable but not essential.

**Reporting relationship**

**Remuneration**
With an annual base salary up to $100,000 per annum, this role is permanent fulltime working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Your base wage will be negotiated / commensurate with your experience, and you can be sure tools of trade include company phone and laptop is included.

This role is primarily an office-based role, however, there may be times where travel to site is required.
