**_About the Job_**

**12-month fixed-term contract, 2 days per week, Monday & Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.**
- We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused individual to join our Customer Service Centre Team based in Albany.- Reporting to the Specialist Team Leader this role would suit someone who is customer outcome-driven, has high attention to detail, has commercial acumen and is passionate about providing the best solutions for clients, our insurance partners and the business.
- Inbound call queries on the ACC and Insurance line from internal and external stake holders
- Supporting clinics by liaising with Insurance Providers and independent Audiologists
- Quote Generation and follow up
- Outbound calling
- Generating and checking invoices for clinics before sending to ACC
- Reaching daily and monthly ACC and Insurance KPI Targets.
- Monitoring and actioning scheduling requests for all clinics.

**_About you_**
- Insurance or customer service centre experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Experience of diary management would be advantageous
- Personable and calm
- Confident dealing with the public, articulate with a great phone manner
- Organised with high level of attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Able to communicate complex information
