**About you**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant with experience delivering full lifecycle projects across a diverse range of clients and industries
- Experience configuring and designing customized solutions within Salesforce Cloud suite of products - Marketing, Sales, Service, and Analytics
- Business analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation
- Using Service Design skills to help enable customers to think beyond their current environment, focusing on Customer Experience, to draw out requirements and build effective functional solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with an open communication style that fosters inclusion and trust with stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to work in cross-functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3 relevant functional or technical Salesforce certifications
