Spark's business units use Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Analytics Cloud in its Salesforce ecosystem and you will be responsible for driving adoption of Salesforce by all the users. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their priorities and provide a vision to the development team to deliver a quality solution - Conduct design workshops with development team to confirm design requirements from the business stakeholders. - Working as a team, plan stakeholder asks by continuously refining complex asks into smaller pieces of deliverable work to accomplish in a Sprint - Drive Salesforce adoption by designing customer centric solution using Salesforce features and functionalities - Proactively gather feedback and identify areas of improvements in Salesforce implementation - Actively lead where appropriate, in Agile ceremonies using tools to document user stories and prioritise the delivery items - Work with Agile Coach and Chapter Lead to proactively identify and remediate constraints in delivering business expectations **What Skills & Experience You Need** **General Skills** - Act as a voice of customer while tran
