We're looking for an Integration Lead to help us build the backbone of this experience - designing and delivering data-driven, API-first solutions that evolve with new technologies. In this hands-on role, you'll shape our integration strategy and ensure every connection - whether through APIs, microservices, or customer EDI integrations - supports a scalable, future-ready platform.

You'll be the kind of person who thinks strategically but thrives in the details. From driving integration projects to introducing modern engineering practices like CI/CD pipelines, automation, and clear documentation, you'll be central to building a connected ecosystem that enables growth and delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver integration projects, especially customer EDI connections.
• Design and build API-driven and microservices solutions.
• Introduce modern DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Document systems, processes, and integrations as you go to create clear, reusable knowledge.
• Work hands-on with integration tools, APIs, automation, and data flows.
• Explain technical solutions in clear, simple language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and maintain integration standards and processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers to deliver smooth, reliable EDI integrations.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to get things done.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical skills in integration tools, APIs, and EDI standards.
• Experience designing and delivering customer-facing EDI integrations.
• Deep knowledge of API-first and microservices architectures.
• Proven experience introducing modern practices like CI/CD pipelines, automation, and documentation.
• Understanding of integration patterns (REST, messaging, event-driven, etc.).
• Great communicator—you can make the complex simple.
• A team player who is hands-on and proactive.
• Excited about building a scalable integration platform for the future.
