Are you passionate about driving customer-centric transformation through data? We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Research Lead with a strong quantitative focus to join our team. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who thrives on leveraging advanced research methodologies and data analytics to shape organizational strategy and deliver actionable insights.

You will lead the design and implementation of large-scale tracking programs, integrating customer voice into business planning, prioritization, and performance measurement. Your expertise will be instrumental in evolving our Voice of the Customer initiatives, championing innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Designing and executing complex quantitative research projects, including sampling design, weighting, and data integration
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes and embed customer-centric thinking into strategic decisions
  • Influencing senior stakeholders to act on insights and integrate customer feedback into business strategy
  • Leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to enhance customer feedback analysis and insight generation
  • Connecting customer insights to broader business strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvement
  • Ensuring data governance, privacy, and ethical practices in all aspects of research and customer data management
  • Leading and delivering projects at pace, with excellent contract and project management skills

About you | Mou

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Five-ten years' experience in quantitative research design and implementation, ideally with large tracking programs
  • Deep expertise in quantitative research methodologies, advanced survey design, and data analytics to uncover actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Q, R, and SPSS (Q experience preferred); Qualtrics platform certification or practical experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in data storytelling, making customer insights accessible and meaningful across multiple audiences and channels
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, evidence-based narratives for diverse audiences, enabling informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience shaping and delivering insight-led messages
  • Effective relationship-building skills, collaborating across teams and networks, both internally and externally
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and supporting capability development through peer review and knowledge sharing
  • A champion of continuous improvement and innovation, fostering a customer-centric culture
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical practices in research and customer data management
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver projects efficiently, managing contracts and timelines effectively

About us - Mo matou

The Customer Interventions team is an enterprise-wide function that leads, designs and coordinates targeted and focussed interventions with the aim of improving overall customer compliance and reducing debt. In order to do this, the team uses research and previous knowledge to ensure interventions are customer focussed and have a measurable impact. This includes the process of identifying, planning, designing, evaluating, and refining compliance focussed interventions.

Interventions can range from longer term policy change to targeted communications to individual or small groups of customers. The team works collaboratively across IR, taking a collective approach to delivering impactful, system-wide outcomes.
