We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, who has over 10 years experience in the Health Safety & Wellbeing space, ideally with experience as a senior leader in large corporate environments. This is an Auckland based hybrid role with three days in the office and two where you can work flexibly. The team anchor day is Tuesday. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We spoke with the GM Leadership, Culture & Wellbeing (who you'd report to), who let us know the following about the role: What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? - Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to the business. - Setting annual improvement plans for both Health & Safety. - Prepare and present reports on H&S performance and risks for key stakeholders, including the Board of and Executive teams. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritise activities and manage risks. - Monitor compliance with H&S legislation.
