**About the role**:
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, welcoming way. Answer the phone in a timely manner, and pass on messages promptly. Show initiative when dealing with daily queries.

- Confidently take phone calls and deal with daily queries

- Accurately and reliably follow instructions, using initiative where required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide range of people, including residents and their families
