**About the role**

Our client is seeking someone to join their team on a permanent basis as a HR Consult to act as an essential support to a busy HR team. This is a varied and exciting role that will allow you to provide expert guidance on employment relations as well as comprehensive learning and development support to all staff.

In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to person for high-quality advice, ensuring the implementation of best practices in managing employment relation issues. Your efforts will extend beyond ER to actively contribute to the professional growth of employees, tailoring learning experiences. Your commitment will be crucial in empowering employees to achieve their full potential within their roles. This is a unique opportunity to leverage on your HR career and gain valuable skills within a people-centric industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the LMS platform for Learning and Performance Management
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Provide coaching and support to team leaders and managers dealing with ER cases
- Review and refine Disciplinary templates and ER policies, ensuring they align with the organisation’s values
- Provide an experience in the spectrum of the employee lifecycle including performance management, coaching, and supporting leaders with generalist processes including recruitment, performance and employment relations support

**Skills & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in Business Management, employee relations or Human resources.
- Previous ER and Learning experience
- A focus on delivery, an ability to work at pace and with autonomy
- Experience in coaching and supporting managers through ER cases
- An ability to build strong rapport and relationships built on trust
- High EQ and self-awareness
