**About the Role**
You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to both the clients and others within the Cook Brothers team.
You are at the heart of the Auckland team and will be representing our brand and making things happen.
This is a good mix of day to day office coordination, administration, and EA duties that
- Event management for social clubs, team Christmas functions and Trade Partner/Client Evenings
- Meeting organisation - including greeting high-profile clients and ensuring the office and meeting rooms are presented in a professional manner
- Diary management of the Regional Manager and other EA duties as required
- Working collaboratively with payroll and Site Manager's on timely, accurate timesheet reports for your region
- Taking minutes as requested
- Ordering uniforms, arranging embroidery of gear and signage
- Assist with a memorable and friendly on-boarding of new team members
- Maintain vehicle records and arrange for timely registrations and WOF’s for all company vehicles
- Reconciling invoices, generating purchase orders, Regional manager’s expenses alongside accounts assistant
- General reception/ad hoc duties for your region
**About You**
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role and have worked in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team and client focused
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- High level of attention to detail
