As a Sales Development Representative at Enlighten Designs, you'll be instrumental in driving sales success by increasing the volume and quality of sales-qualified leads. You'll process inbound enquiries, lead outbound campaigns, and support the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities**: - Process and respond to inbound enquiries with a friendly, natural touch. - Transition marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads, showcasing your competent and confident approach. - Conduct targeted outbound call campaigns, inspiring potential clients with our creative solutions. - Support continuous improvement in marketing campaigns and business processes, staying current with the latest tools and trends. - Progress selected sales-qualified leads through to the final sale, displaying your expert knowledge in a helpful, unpretentious manner. - Communicate product features and benefits clearly, consistently, and with integrity. - Follow up on requests for information in a timely, human-centred way. - Enter data into our systems or our partners' systems, as required. - Produce insightful reports to track progress and performance. - Provide secondary cover for reception, phones, and client care functions, showcasing your friendly and approachable nature. **What are we looking for?** - A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications, business, or related field. - Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Proven track record in managing inbound enquiries, outbound campaigns, and lead nurturing processes. - Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor and optimise campaigns. - Experience with platforms like ZoomInfo, Sales Rocks or LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be ideal. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey product features and benefits, interact with clients and colleagues, and create compelling marketing materials. - The ability to analyse data, track performance, and adjust strategies to optimise campaign results. - A creative thinker who can devise innovative solutions and strategies to improve lead generation and sales processes, embodying our value of creativity. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new tools, technologies, and market trends. - Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. - A collaborative attitude, able to work well with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and client care. - Embraces our value of being connected by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients. - A strong focus on understanding and addressing the needs of potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships. - A natural fit with Enlighten Designs' brand personality, tone of voice, and values. **What's in it for you?** - Amazing career development opportunities and the ability to add huge value to our business. - A culture of learning and development where you are supported to continually develop and grow. - An office in the heart of Hamilton CBD; close to the best cafes and restaurants.
