**About the Role**

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and technically capable Branch & Sales Coordinator to join our Rotorua team. In this key support role, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager and service teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and a great customer experience from enquiry through to product distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support branch operations through coordination, reporting, and job tracking
- Manage quotation processes, including side notes, photos, and quote generation
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate supplier invoicing
- Create and manage comprehensive work packs and job records
- Respond to and follow up on customer enquiries
- Prepare sales orders, proposals, and customer communication
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards across all activities

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a customer service experience
- Current and valid New Zealand driver's licence
- Experience in a technical environment, ideally involving hydraulics or similar products
