**About FBNZ Consumer Export**
The Consumer Export business reports under Fonterra Brands NZ (FBNZ) and has significant exports across the Pacific, China & other markets. There are three divisions (the Pacific OPCO, China CBEC, Inter-company ex FBNZ) and is responsible for driving the Premium Export strategic platform (this includes primary ownership of three pillars specialty cheese, Premium UHT and Fresh Export and working with several other global teams and our OpCo’s to drive the growth of consumer chilled dairy and organics).

**About the opportunity**
Reporting into our Head of Sales, FBNZ Consumer Export, we have a great opportunity available for a dynamic finance and insights driven individual. As the Sales Performance Manager, you will hold the team accountable to performance targets and provide insights to embed performance improvement and optimise our revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and embed the principles of Revenue Growth Management within the export sales team optimising our value creation and delivery incorporating the quarterly price process.
- Co-Lead analysis, insights and actions to execute any new opportunities including new markets, promotional effectiveness and customer activity
- Lead the weekly sales meeting ensuring all actions impacting our results are clearly reviewed and worked through assigning actions and owners leading to monthly performance calls that are accurate & on time.
- Coordinate with support from various functions Macro and Consumer Research Insights for any new Market launches to enable quantification of Targets and a Road Map capturing Business Plan fundamentals to achieve.
- Manage three small Pacific markets, ensuring customer plans embedded and targets achieved/exceeded
- Provide to the Sales team ongoing account management support
**About you**
Preferably coming from a Finance background, you’ll have extensive experience within a Global FMCG organization and possess strong commercial acumen. You’ll have a natural ability to engage with, and gain the respect of senior leaders and stakeholders, with a strong focus on creating value for both customer and Fonterra.
You will be qualified in Commerce or associated Business degree and bring strong category analytics and finance analytics experience. With key influencing skills, you’ll have an innate ability to deliver on detailed executional tasks to a high level of accuracy, managing time pressure and complex / ambiguous situations.
Your excellent collaboration skills coupled with your strong commercial nous will see you succeed in this key role.
