**Your Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, we are looking for an Export Logistics Co-ordinator to process and dispatch Vitaco stock transfers, International and Contract customer orders and keep relevant stakeholders informed of the status of orders through the process.

**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Completing export documentation
- Coordinating import/export permits and export certificates
- Working closely with nominated freight forwarding partners
- Monitoring production schedules and releases of finished product to be exported
- Communicating relevant information regarding shipments, outstanding permits or issues to key stakeholders
- Providing support to our International Market Managers along with maintaining our customer database

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- A practical approach - always thinking ahead, prioritising quickly, and eliminating roadblocks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer service experience in an NZ exporting/shipping environment would be preferable
- Experience in the FMCG industry, and with Navision or other MRP software would be advantageous
