Our Taproom is a hive of good brews, great yarns, and even better people. Nestled inside the iconic Brewtown in the heart of our local Upper Hutt scene, this is the **only** Tuatara Taproom. We’re pouring Aotearoa’s most iconic craft beers straight from the source, paired with delicious kai, killer playlists, and a vibe that keeps the locals coming back for more.

We’re on the hunt for a **Business Leader** who brings the same boldness and character that defines every pint we pour. Someone who can embody the Tuatara brand and become the face of everything we do here. Could that be you?

**About the Role**

This isn’t just about running a bar. It’s about leading a crew, owning the floor, and delivering an experience that captures the spirit of Tuatara, bold, refreshing, and unapologetically Kiwi.

As the face of the Taproom and Tuatara itself, you’ll coach, motivate, and drive a high-performing team that thrives under your leadership. From smooth service to strong financials, you’ll keep everything flowing while creating a space people love to return to.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years in a GM or senior hospo leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A natural flair for hospitality and creating legendary guest experiences
- Proven people leadership with the ability to rally and inspire a tight team
- Confidence with the numbers - P&Ls, cost control, rosters, and planning
- A passion for craft beer and love for the local scene

**About You**

You’re switched on, full of energy, and not afraid to get stuck in. A confident communicator and calm under pressure, you lead from the front. Whether it’s a slammed Saturday night or a cruisy midweek catch-up, you’re in the zone and making it all run smooth.
