**Description**:
The Role
As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a Production Team Leader to lead our night shift operations. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll set the tone, maintain momentum, and ensure our standards of quality, safety, and productivity are consistently met.
**We’re looking for someone who can strike the right balance**: a leader who motivates and holds the team accountable while creating a positive and respectful environment for everyone in our culturally diverse team.
**The hours are**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 pm - 5:30 am - 45hrs per week
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of ~20 production team members and 2 technicians
- Driving production performance to meet shift targets across safety, quality, yield, and output
- Building a strong team culture that reflects our values: Fire in the Belly, Never Compromise, Make it Happen, Lead Never Follow, One Team One Family
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
- Coordinating training, rostering, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Being the on-site leader during night operations, ensuring the plant runs smoothly and securely

- Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing (commercial baking a bonus)
- A balanced, hands-on leader who can motivate, coach, and inspire the team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, mechanical aptitude
- Effective communication skills and the ability to connect across cultures
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Resilience, energy, and a genuine passion for delivering world-class standards
