Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a splash in the world of water blasting? We're looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support our busy team and keep
things running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and job assignments for our water blasting technicians.
- Coordinating equipment and materials needed for water blasting projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of job orders, invoices, and expenses.
- Providing administrative support to our management team as needed.
- Assisting with basic office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 3 experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role or the relevant qualification.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the water blasting industry (preferred but not required).

Requirements - Salary - $29.66 to $30 Per hour
Working hours - 30 Hours to 40 hours per week
