- Anchored retaining walls included bridge abutment and wingwalls
- Construction blasting
- Cut and cover tunnel construction, shaft sinking & mine portal works
- Large scale civil projects
- Leading design and build contracts offering alternative options providing significant cost and programme benefits.

Investment into modern specialised pnuematic and hydraulic powered drilling rigs gives the team the ability to undertake a wide range of ground engineering and slope stabilisation projects.

Job Kiwi Rail stabilisation (Damage from rains and slips)

Role : Site Supervisor
- responsible to Operations Manager

You will be responsible for
- Foreman, drillers/operatives, labourers

Manage the day-to-day operations of individual projects/site
Conforming to company policies and objectives.
Oversee adequate training of staff
Ensure H&S, Quality and Environmental adherence
Ensure sites always operate in a safe manner
Maintain general compliance within company policies and procedures
Maintain job performance and profitability
Maintain client relationships

1. Compliance with Law
Make sure site operate within legal requirements

2. HSQE
Ensure the sites continually review, assesses and where practicable improves H&S performance and minimises environmental impact

3. On Site Equipment
Keep all construction plant and equipment well maintained and in good working order. Advise on spares requirements to avoid long lead times in the event of breakdowns

4. Quality
Ensures Quality is maintained to a high level both in works and documentation

5. HR
Plan site works activities

6. Planning
Provide information that tracks construction programme progress. Prepare payment schedules

7. Communication
Ensure communication is a two-way process (up and down the company structure)

8. Compliance
Ensure working practices are to company best practice

9. Timesheets
Check and sign off timesheets on sites.
