**Job description and Duties Site Supervisor**

**You are to report to and assist the Site Manager in managing and monitoring Construction Works on site. Your duties include but not limited as below**:

- ** Assist Site Manager in managing daily site work, resource planning, QA and any other duties as directed by the Site Manager,**:

- **Open and close site daily, ensuring that all workers and visitors are signed in and out of site,**:

- ** Check daily on condition of Perimeter Fence to ensure that the site is always fully secured,**:

- ** Maintaining site Health & Safety issue in conjunction with Health & Safety Manager. Ensure that all workers have a current Site Safe Passport and always wear full PPE appropriate to their tasks on site,**:

- ** Record Health and Safety incident reports and follow ups,**:

- ** Ensure that the Site Office has kept adequate sets of High-Vest and Helmet for visitors to the site,**:

- **Check quarterly that all First Aids and Fire Equipment are adequately stock and current,**:

- ** Check daily condition of Site Toilets to ensure that it meets current Health & Safety condition for site use,**:

- ** Check daily condition of Site Office and Amenity rooms to ensure that it meets current Health & Safety condition for site use,**:

- ** Check weekly office stationery and amenity supply, order and receive replacement where necessary.**:

- **Check daily condition of Scaffolding to ensure that it meets current Health & Safety condition for site use, ensure that the Scaffolding has not been altered illegally,**:

- ** Check monthly that all Plants and Equipment are currently certified for its use and tag accordingly,**:

- ** In conjunction with the Health & Safety Manager, keep a current logbook for all companys Plant and Equipment on site, clean and check for condition once it is returned to the site office before reissuing to the next user or send back to store in Head Offices Warehouse,**:

- ** Receive delivery of goods, check for defects, check on goods delivered matching order from Project QS and Delivery docket. Do not accept material delivery without proper Delivery Dockets,**:

- ** Check the daily conditions of the Rubbish Bin and order for replacement in advance to avoid overloading of Rubbish Bin. Ensure that all Rubbish Bins are placed in the right place and secured,**:

- ** Keep all documents relating to the project on file and obtain all Warranties, Maintenance Manual, 2; 3; 4, as appropriate from the relevant parties ready for submission to the relevant authorities and clients,**:

- ** Take photos and record of all matters relating to QA as directed by the Site Manager,**:

- ** Liaise with Project QS regarding subcontractors procurement requirements,**:

- ** Collect sundry materials and fittings as ordered by the Site Manager.
