This role will be situated within our Network Operations Centre where you will get to work alongside a dedicated network services group. We provide a challenging and sophisticated environment using a range of technologies to achieve our goals with a strong focus on Cisco solutions including, firewalls, routing & switching, UCS, wireless, voice and security. This role will be a full-time position with rostered on-call and only open to those that have NZ working rights.
The Person
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be an enthusiastic team player who understands what needs to be done to turn business requests into solutions. You won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and be involved in the sorting of the problem not just the design. We need people who can talk about business - be it small, medium of large - it’s all relevant and can build networks across our greater Datacom team so that you have a wealth of knowledge available for your local customer.
To join our team, you’ll have good trouble shooting knowledge and ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Network Engineer (3-4 years)
- CCNA and CCNP full certification or equivalent
- Hands on implementation with vendors such as: Aruba, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet and F5.
