Finance & Administration Officer

Our **Business Support team is growing**, and we’re looking for an **energetic and motivated Finance & Administration Officer** to join our **Wellington Branch**.
With over **3,000 vehicles sold**, **40,000 serviced**, and **330,000 parts traded annually**, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in the private sector.
We're looking for someone with some accounting & administration experience, particularly with month end processing and a background in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Background in **accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting** and **administration**:
- Excellent **organisational skills** with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a **process-driven mindset**:
- Passion for **delivering top-notch customer service**:
- Eager to **learn, grow, and take initiative**:
- Confident working independently and making decisions when needed
- Intermediate skills in **Microsoft Excel**:
- A knack for spotting and suggesting **process improvements**:
- A team player who’s ready to pitch in and support others

**This role is permanent full time - 40 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is based full time at our Wellington Central Branch.**
