**What’s the Opportunity?**
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Lumify sales team. Based in Canberra, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility as Account Manager is to create opportunities and drive business growth within your portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will leverage your network and relationships to identify and convert prospects, building long-lasting customer connections as a trusted provider of training solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills are essential for identifying market trends, evaluating potential opportunities and developing innovative solutions.
**What Will You Do?**
**Account Growth & Management** - Build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote Lumify’s full range of services.
**Solution Design & Delivery** - Collaborate with organisations to design tailored learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
**Revenue & Business Targets** - Achieve revenue and profitability goals while identifying new income streams.
**Market Presence & Brand Reputation** - Benchmark Lumify’s offerings against competitors and position it as the top learning solutions provider.
**Strategic Account Development** - Develop and execute account plans, leveraging CRM insights to drive growth.
**Client Engagement & Advisory** - Conduct business reviews and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
**Collaboration & Sustainability** - Work with internal teams and partners to align strategies and support Lumify’s sustainability goals.
**What Have You Accomplished?**
A minimum of five years’ experience in face-to-face selling in the B2B space, with a proven track record in mid-to-large market sales (corporate and government).
Demonstrated success in business development and account management, including working with complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of IT trends, Cloud Solutions, and the broader role of skill development in driving individual and organizational success.
Expertise in sales methodologies, processes, and strategic account planning.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and differentiate Lumify’s value proposition effectively.
