Reporting to the HPSNZ General Counsel, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide high quality legal advice and support across a broad range of legal issues, with a particular focus on transactional matters. They will also oversee and lead HPSNZ's ongoing compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 as HPSNZ's Privacy Officer.

We're looking for someone who is engaging, pragmatic and a good communicator. The successful individual will have a strong legal background, preferably with some experience of an in-house environment, and be passionate about driving high performance.

Strong attention to detail with a methodical and well organised approach, coupled with experience in building successful relationships to a very senior level, will be critical to success in this role.
