**Your New Role**
As the Sales & Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our New Zealand Sales Manager. Your keen attention to detail will be instrumental in raising accurate sales orders, issuing refunds and credit notes promptly, and sending out invoices and statements in a timely manner. You will act as the first point of contact for our valued customers, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
**Day to Day**
- Provide administrative support to the New Zealand Sales Manager
- Raise, issue, and follow up on refunds, credit notes, etc.
- Generate and manage sales orders
- Send invoices and statements as requested by retailers and customers
- Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of New Zealand orders
- Maintain and update customer database in NetSuite and Brandscope
- Onboard new customers, remove unused accounts, and update details as necessary
- Take ownership of building efficient systems and processes to enhance service levels
**Your Skills**
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with NetSuite or similar stock and customer database management system preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, methodical, and self-motivated
- Customer-focused mindset
