ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will manage a team of Customer Service Representatives as well as looking after day-to-day operations of the call centre, manage escalation, assist with training and be on the phones during peak times.

You will work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to ensure service levels are achieved. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on the efficient and effective management of member service tasks, processes, and projects.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the team to deliver world class member service
- Proactively following up on cases to ensure resolution within target timeframes
- Assisting with customer service improvement across the business
- Assisting with training and coaching
- Proactively ensuring the achievement of KPIs, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Contributing to a positive, proactive, member focused and accountable culture

ABOUT YOU
You will have experience leading and motivating a team. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with various stakeholders. You’ll have excellent communication and time management skills, be pro-active, self-motivated, and enthusiastic To be successful in this role, you will have a background in customer service. You will also have:

- Demonstrated leadership coupled with a passion for customer/member service
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive hands-on approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced and changing environment
