**Company, Location & hours**:
**This role is**:
- A temporary role - ASAP start for approx. 3-4 months
- Hamilton based
- Mondays-Fridays - 8:30am-5pm
- Training to take place in the office, then the opportunity to WFH up to 3 days a week.
- $25 an hour plus 8% holiday pay on top
**You will**:
- Provide frontline customer support both written and verbal.
- Communicate warmly with customers to build trust and strong relationships
- Process and complete documentation - have a good eye for detail
- Ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Have excellent communication skills as you will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
