**ABOUT THE ROLE
Jade Software has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic and experienced P&C Business Partner to join our People & Performance team on a fixed term basis until December. The role will involve providing expert support and increasing capacity in the team as we actively manage year-end projects alongside ongoing BAU work in generalist HR. We need someone who can seamlessly integrate into our team, offering best-in-class advice, coaching our people and people leaders, and helping us execute key initiatives.

**FLEXIBLE HOURS
We can be flexible with hours; part-time or school hours can be easily accommodated for this position. At Jade we operate a hybrid way of working so ideally, we will want someone to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to provide in person support.

**ABOUT YOU
A talented People & Capability Business Partner you will have:

- Around 7 years’ experience in generalist P&C work, including time in a Business Partner role.
- Ability to coach and advise business leaders on a range of people topics including performance management and personal development.
- Good understanding of NZ HR legislation.
- Excellent customer focus anticipating and meeting customer needs and be a superb relationship manager.Prior experience in contract roles, or a background with a range of organisations, and ability to take ownership in a short time frame.
