**About the opportunity**

In your role as IT Technical Support, you are a team member of the Information Technology Team who as a team supports the entire organisation which has over 400 users. In your role you will carry out your duties in a timely and professional manner working within policies procedures and guidelines.

This role is full-time role, Monday - Friday and includes involvement in an “on call” roster, usually 1 week per month, to provide after-hours support due Pan Pac being a 24/7 business.
