  • Support and encourage a high standard of health and safety practices in alignment with our organisational priority of ensuring everyone goes home safely every night.

What You Bring to the Table

Our ideal candidate will
bring a blend of technical proficiency and liaison skills, preferably with 2+ years' experience in a specialised technical field and/or a background in mechanics, engineering, or a related industry. Additional experience in an advisory role would be advantageous, as will a current and specialised working knowledge of lubricants/oils and their technical specifications.

In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • A sound working knowledge of, and passion for, chemistry and lubricants, and the ability to share this knowledge clearly across a wide audience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to translate specialised technical information into easily understandable language.
  • Aptitude for keeping informed of the latest industry trends and developments, ensuring this knowledge is shared widely and keeping us at the forefront of technical innovation.
  • A knack for working in a fast-paced environment, with an aptitude for prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A positive, proactive, "can do" attitude.
  • A forward-thinking, growth mindset that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
