**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Content and Design Coordinator** to take the lead on day-to-day content production for Wandering Willow NZ. This is a **highly creative, hands-on role** for someone confident in creating, editing, and designing content across a range of formats and platforms.

The pace is fast, the work is varied, and you’ll need to be both **creatively sharp and operationally efficient**. You must be adaptable, organised, and able to juggle multiple deliverables without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

**Product Photography**
- Capture high-quality product and styled photography for website, social media, and digital campaigns
- Style and photograph dried floral arrangements and gifting products to align with brand aesthetic
- Edit and prepare images for use across e-commerce, EDMs, social channels, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistency in lighting, styling, and composition to ensure a cohesive visual brand presence

**Content Creation & Design**
- Plan, develop, and publish content ideas for organic social media and EDMs, aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Design and produce visual assets for organic social, EDMs, and paid ads (static, animated, and video formats)
- Execute creative for paid ads and promotions based on supplied campaign direction
- Edit and repurpose raw footage (UGC and internal) into high-performing short-form video content
- Maintain brand consistency in visual design and tone of voice

**Content Coordination**
- Manage timelines and asset delivery across content projects
- Translate briefs into clear, compelling creative that meets platform and campaign requirements
- Repurpose and optimise content for multiple formats and channels
- Update products in Shopify, including uploading photos, writing product descriptions, and maintaining accurate product information aligned with brand tone and styling

**Social Media Management**
- Schedule and publish regular organic posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Keep social channels engaging, on-brand, and aligned with marketing priorities
- Stay updated on content trends and best practices to keep output fresh and relevant

**Collaboration & Support**
- Work closely with the Creative Director on creative direction and campaign execution
- Support coordination and editing of UGC and influencer content
- Assist with basic order-related queries and product information requests
- Contribute ideas and inspiration to team brainstorms and planning sessions

**About You**

You are creative, organised, and excited to contribute your skills to a business that celebrates beauty and joy through flowers and gifting. You enjoy producing content end-to-end, from concept and styling to editing and publishing, and thrive in a role where no two days look the same.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

1+ year experience in a content creation, design, or marketing production role
Strong design skills and proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign
Confident video editing skills using CapCut or similar
Solid copywriting skills for short-form marketing content
Experience creating content across Meta, TikTok, EDMs, or similar
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
Organised, adaptable, and able to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects
Detail-driven and creative, thriving in a fast-paced environment where output is high and quality matters

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and social creative best practices
- Experience working in a DTC or eCommerce environment
- Comfortable with voiceover or on-camera if needed
- Interest in **dried florals, floral design, gifting, or home and event styling**
