Payroll & Reporting Specialist

As DB’s Payroll and Reporting Specialist, you’ll be a trusted expert within the People function, managing payroll with precision and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Beyond payroll, you’ll provide key reporting and analysis to support the People team and wider business. This role requires a deep understanding of systems, tax regulations, and employee compensation. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the business for payroll-related enquiries and will collaborate with various departments to enhance payroll processes and systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations and addressing complex payroll enquiries.
- Maintain and enhance payroll systems, collaborating with D&T for upgrades and ensuring effective functionality.
- Manage benefit administration, prepare regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation.
- Develop payroll training materials, conduct workshops, and support key remuneration cycle activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with teams to improve reporting processes and methodologies.
