**ABOUT THE ROLE**

At ICE it's our goal to grow people well, so as one of our Account Managers, you'll have the opportunity to champion both workplace and apprentice training to employers in your area. Providing information, advice and support from the initial signing of the training agreement through to qualification completion. A warm and collaborative approach will set you up for success in a fast-growing team.
- Engaging with employers, trainees and training providers
- Pastoral care; guiding trainees through their apprenticeships until they reach their qualifications
- Developing each account by gaining an understanding of their wider needs, and what additional relevant qualifications would benefit employers and trainees
- Some non-standard work hours may be required on occasion to attend industry meetings or conferences.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relationship experience, this could be in Account Management, mentoring, or working with youth.
- A desire to roll back your sleeves and get stuck in. You adapt and get excited by change.
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously, plan and manage your work and time
- Full NZ Drivers licence
