**Duties**:

- Assisting with various administrative tasks for the team.
- Collaborating with team members to lessen the administrative load on partners and solicitors.
- Engaging with clients as needed to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Managing multiple priorities daily.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 1-2-years’ experience as a legal secretary ( Family Law or Litigation a plus).
- Positive, hardworking attitude.
- Team player who builds loyalty and relationships.
- Exceptional administrative skills and tech savvy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great communication skills for internal and external interactions.
