Our law firm is seeking two experienced secretaries to join our team in Tauranga. As a member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our busy litigation and corporate teams.

About the Roles
  • Role #1 - Litigation Legal Secretary: You will work within a friendly, collegial team managed by two Partners across a range of work.
  • Role #2 - Corporate Legal Secretary: This role will support the legal work as well as provide administration support to a busy team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills. They will also be able to build loyalty and relationships within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting a wide range of administrative tasks across the team.
  • Working with the other members of the team to reduce the administrative load of the authors wherever possible.
  • Communicating with clients where appropriate and ensuring they have an incredible customer experience.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience as a legal secretary within a busy law firm. They should have a positive and hardworking attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
