**About the role**

Reporting to the Executive GM Marketing & Strategic Planning, this role would be responsible for managing the product portfolio to maximize the overall marketing strategy, profitability, and growth of GC products. The role includes working closely with the Marketing and Business Intelligence team and to drive sales enablement initiatives, managing product launches and on-going management, communication of product benefits, features and target markets, and championing the products to internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations.

Other duties include:

- Plan, develop, and execute the GTM strategies for GC
- Develop tactical actions to address market opportunities, competitive activity or variations to plan activity levels.
- Analyse the success and cost effectiveness of all tactical actions and marketing programmes
- Lead marketing campaign and initiatives to achieve business revenue targets and growth
- Manage the entire life cycles of products from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Assist with projecting sales forecasts, and developing product budgets as part of 1YP
- Manage the whole GC product portfolio including 3rd party finishing equipment
- Provide product support for sales teams as required (product queries, pricing, tacticals etc.)

**Skills & experience**

We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to build relationships with all levels within the business. Along with this, you will also have:

- 5 + years technical marketing and product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications will be advantageous
- Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple projects at once ensuring deadlines are met
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- A strong sense of integrity and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
