The Company

Their kiwi owned and operated family business has been specialising in their niche market for the past 100 years Creating exceptional quality shelters with some of the best technical features available on the market.
The Role
Based in Wiri, Auckland - the team enjoy modern, open plan offices, and are supported by a leadership team who place great emphasis on creating a positive team culture. You will have a positive attitude, and a great team player. Bring your analytical and investigative mindset, with a high level of attention to detail to the role.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Reconcile credit cards and outstanding purchase orders & follow up with suppliers
- International payments
- Accurate loading and reconciliation of Suppliers invoices
- Process Sales Commissions
- AR back up
- Monthly Marketing Expenses report
- Provide administrative support for Fleet management
- Assist in other areas within accounts and admin when needed
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Formal education/training in business or finance.
- At least 1 year experience in AP/AR processing
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Be assertive and driven, take ownership and make things happen
