**Key Responsibilities**:As our Senior Accounts & Admin Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable using **Fergus software** and **Xero**.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial records.
- Generate financial reports to assist management decision-making.
- Liaise with the accountants.

**Office Administration**:

- Manage job scheduling and coordination between plumbers and clients.
- Organise and maintain office records, files, and supplies.
- Assist in quote preparation.
- **Operational Support**:

- Work closely with the team to track projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage supplier relationships and order stock as required.
- Provide admin support for compliance and regulatory paperwork.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience** in accounts and office administration (ideally in the trades or plumbing industry).
- Proficiency in **Fergus software** and **Xero** is a must.
- Exceptional **organisational skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and **solution-oriented attitude**.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
