My client is a well-established advisory and accountancy firm based in Auckland. **The Role**:
You will provide effective and efficient bookkeeping services to the firm’s clients, including payroll services, AR and debtor’s collection, AP, and Xero processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing monthly reports up to management reports for clients.
- Overseeing essential IRD processes and target dates.
- Liaising with IRD and resolving requests, queries, and issues.
- Collaborating with managers and the admin team.

**About You**:

- 3+ years experience in a bookkeeping role in a Professional Services environment.
- Experience using Xero and familiar with add-ons like HubDoc and ApprovalMax
- Have experience in AP, AR, credit control and payroll
- Have a strong understanding of NZ Tax requirements
- Be a team player
