This is a fulltime role, based in our CBD office with flexible working arrangements available.
Reporting into the Team Leader - Payments the Commission Payment Administrator will be responsible for the responsible for processing the commission payment for the Company and dealing with any commission-related queries.
Some day-to-day tasks involve:
- Management of all commission related queries
- Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Investigating all issues that arise.
- Manually adding adjustments to the commission payment file.
- Ensuring all commission payments and reconciliations are accurately processed in a timely manner
- Understand all the different Fidelity commission systems and structures
- All manual commission calculations are accurately completed -Reports are accurate and sent in a timely manner and on demand
**About You**

With prior experience in a Finance working environment you’ll bring a ‘can do’ attitude, pride yourself on delivering great customer outcomes and are a motivated individual with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
You will have fantastic communication skills with the ability to articulate well, allowing you easily build rapport with customers and colleagues.
You have mastered the ability to work towards deadlines, priorities and manage multiple work requirements and are a strong team player
Together with this you will have:
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Finance background
- Strong numerical and logical knowledge
- Good understanding around accounting and reconciliation
- Proven results in delivering great customer outcomes
