We’re looking for a **Senior Product Lead** to drive outcomes across two squads in our Enterprise Operations space. This is a hands-on leadership role blending **Scrum Master**, **Technical Business Analyst**, and **Business Analyst** skills — guiding delivery from strategy through to execution.

You’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with your product manager, senior engineers, and stakeholders. From translating business requirements into user stories, to running stand-ups, retros, and reviews, you’ll create the conditions for your squads to succeed.

This role is about more than delivery — it’s about influence, alignment, and continuous improvement. You’ll shape ways of working, inspire ownership within the squads, and ensure outcomes are delivered with clarity, quality, and business value.

- Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- Lead agile delivery across two squads, balancing strategic goals with execution
- Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and reviews
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements
- Manage dependencies and priorities across squads to maintain delivery momentum
- Build strong relationships through active listening and scenario analysis
- Shape and evolve agile practices to suit team and enterprise needs
- Maintain visibility of work using tools like ADO and burn-down chart
- Support compliance, governance, and risk management in a regulated environment
- Bonus (not essential but advantageous):_
- Experience in enterprise operations or financial services
- Experience with EDMS platforms (e.g. DocuShare, OpenText)
- Background in API design, integration analysis, and service orchestration
- Familiarity with document creation engines (e.g. OpenText Exstream)
