As our Health Promotion and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - helping deliver campaigns, create meaningful content and grow brand love across Aotearoa. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the business - from clinicians to product designers - all united by one goal: transforming healthcare for good.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage our content calendar by creating, planning, and scheduling engaging social media posts across all platforms, keeping our voice consistent, engaging and on-brand.
- Keep our website and app content fresh and up to date, writing and updating copy that informs, inspires and supports our patients.
- Support our local clinics with marketing materials and requests, helping them bring campaigns and promotions to life at a local level.
- Maintain smooth marketing operations by keeping project trackers, files, reporting, and folders organised and up to date, ensuring the team runs efficiently.

**Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s in marketing, communications or a related field
- One plus years proven working experience in marketing
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with meticulous attention to detail, keeping campaigns on track and high-quality at every step
- Skilled time management, able to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Superb oral and written communication skills, with a knack for turning ideas into stories that resonate.
- Growth mindset with the ability to craft marketing that not only looks great but drives meaningful impact for people’s health and wellbeing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
