As the Marketing Coordinator you are working alongside and supporting the Campaign Manager and the wider Marketing Experience team. Providing high-quality support in this part of the business where all the magic happens Your core duties will be implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating the annual prestige beauty marketing plan, improving processes, and contributing to strategic planning by presenting ideas that result in improving a premium pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer.

Our client is looking for a strong coordinator who can anticipate needs, is great at building relationships with internal stakeholders, and have the ability to work well under pressure. This is a highly successful team, which is fast-moving with lots of juggling required. With an inclusive, supportive, diverse team culture, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

**This role is located in Ellerslie, with flexible working and onsite parking**

**Duties include**:

- Digital & print marketing campaign coordination including post-campaign reporting.
- Liaison with internal teams & suppliers to coordinate & prepare marketing collateral including newsletters.
- Stakeholder management.
- Content creation and proofing copy for website and promotional material.
- Work closely with business partners and the retail network to guide and support key initiatives.
- General marketing support.

**What are we looking for?**
- At least two years’ experience working in a marketing role or similar
- Preferably tertiary qualification in Marketing
- Outstanding communication skills, a professional and friendly manner
- Have a creative nature and an appreciation for visual design
- Advanced knowledge and experience with social media
- A natural people person with a good sense of humour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and analytics tools
